Many Wells Fargo customers have reported that their direct deposit funds were missing from their bank accounts Friday morning, according to reports.

Customers took to social media to express their frustration over their direct deposit funds disappearing from their accounts, which left some in the negative.

The Wells Fargo missing funds problem occurred on the same day that California regulators shuttered the Silicon Valley Bank, naming the FDIC as the receiver.
