As Breaking Digest reported Thursday, Judge T. Kent Wetherell II, a Trump appointee, issued a temporary restraining order on Thursday night against the Biden regime’s new policy, “parole with conditions”, that would have replaced Title 42.

On May 10, 2023, the head of Biden’s Border Patrol sent out a legally questionable memo authorizing the release of illegals into the United States on “parole”.

Illegals who are released on parole are rapidly released into the country, do not get an alien registration number, and are not issued a court date.

On Saturday, Biden’s DOJ appealed the Florida Court’s decision, insisting they have the right to release hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens onto the streets of America on parole, without issuing court dates.

The Daily Mail reported:

The DOJ has appealed a Florida judge’s decision to block the Biden administration’s plan to begin releasing migrants into the community in the wake of Title 42.

As the fallout from the expiration of the order continues, DailyMail.com obtained new photos showing dozens of migrants being apprehended by Border Patrol as they illegally cross into the US.

Biden’s proposed ‘paroles’ were to be triggered when holding centers reach 125 percent capacity, or when authorities stop 7,000 migrants along the border in a day.

That plan was halted on Thursday night when US District Judge T. Kent Wetherell, a Donald Trump appointee, agreed with the argument from Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ administration, which had filed suit in court, that the Biden plan was nearly identical to another Biden policy previously voided in federal court.

Biden’s press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre called the ruling “sabotage”:

Judge T. Kent Wetherell II was not amused with the Biden regime’s antics and refused to issue a stay of his ruling. He didn’t hold back in his criticism of Biden’s border crisis, calling the motion “borderline frivolous.”

“DHS’s Chicken Little arguments about the impact of it not being able to (mis)use ‘parole’ under either policy as a processing tool for the surge of aliens arriving at the border are hard to square with the DHS Secretary’s recent comments that only ‘a fraction of the people that we encounter’ would be paroled into the country and that ‘the vast majority will be addressed in our border patrol facilities and our ICE detention facilities,’” he wrote.

Attorneys for the Biden admin let the judge know Saturday that they planned to appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to have the restraining order removed.

The lawless regime is determined to destroy America.
