On Wednesday, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security has reportedly launched an investigation into the actions of the Secret Service during President Trump’s rally on July 13th.

During the event, a supposed lone gunman was able to open fire on Trump, resulting in injuries to Trump and two others, and the death of one rally attendee, Corey Comperatore.

In a statement on their website, the Department’s Inspector General announced that the investigation aims to “Evaluate the United States Secret Service’s (Secret Service) process for securing former President Trump’s July 13, 2024 campaign event.”

Joe Biden has already ordered an independent investigation into the incident, although it remains unclear which agency or entity is leading this effort.

As usual, the explanations and excuses that are being provided by the government are not adding up.

Experts and the public alike are questioning how a lone gunman managed to reach a rooftop less than 160 yards from where Trump stood, establish a firing position, and discharge several rounds before being intercepted by a Secret Service counter-sniper team. This raises significant concerns, given that Secret Service snipers undergo rigorous training similar to elite special operations units.

Former Army sniper Rep. Cory Mills referred to the situation as a “sniper’s paradise,” explaining that it was so obvious it caused him to wonder whether it was an “intentional” failure.

Meanwhile, journalist Laura Loomer interviewed Rep. Mills outside the Republican National Convention, where he revealed his intention to establish a “J13 committee” larger than the “J6 committee” and that he would lead it.

Breaking Digest previously reported that Rep. Anna Paulina Luna announced the U.S. Secret Service would be briefing the House Oversight Committee on what exactly transpired during the Trump rally, in an emergency hearing.

Oversight Chairman, Rep. James Comer, announced that he has already contacted the Secret Service for a briefing and called on Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle to appear before the committee.

I have already contacted the Secret Service for a briefing and am also calling on Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle to appear for a hearing. The Oversight Committee will send a formal invitation soon.

My prayers are with President Trump and the victims of the assassination attempt at today’s rally in Pennsylvania. I thank the brave Secret Service members who put their lives at risk to protect President Trump and for the American patriots in the audience who helped others who were hurt. Political violence in all forms is unamerican and unacceptable. There are many questions and Americans demand answers.

However, now it appears that Joe Biden’s DHS Secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, is attempting to block Cheatle from testifying.
