On Monday, Kevin McCarthy told reporters that Democrat Representatives Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell and Adam “Shifty” Schiff will not be serving on the committees they served on previously.
Eric Swalwell had a relationship with Chinese spy Fang Fang.
Ilhan Omar broke federal immigration laws when she married her brother.
Adam Schiff has repeatedly lied to the American people.
Republicans warned Democrats that the decision by Pelosi to strip Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Paul Gosar (R-AZ) of their committee assignments would set a precedent of dictating who serves on what committees.
McCarthy told PunchBowl News: “It’s not like it’s anything new. Remember, this is what Nancy Pelosi – this is the type of Congress she wanted to have.”
“Swalwell can’t get a security clearance in the private sector. I’m not going to give him a government security clearance,”
Kevin McCarthy made this promise back in November before he was Speaker.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said Monday night that Democratic Reps. Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell and Ilhan Omar will not be members of the committees they previously served on.
Schiff served as chair of the House Intelligence Committee during the last Congress when Democrats controlled the majority. Swalwell was a member of the same panel.
“Those two won’t be on intel,” McCarthy said, referring to Schiff and Swalwell.
Omar previously served on the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
