Juan Rodriguez Alfaro

Juan Rodriguez Alfaro, a 42-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, is possibly linked to 21 incidents of sexual assault on women and girls on a nature trail in Fairfax County, Virginia, a sanctuary jurisdiction.

Alfaro has been deported from the United States three times, according to a spokesperson for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), reported by Fox 5 DC.

Before his latest arrest, in a separate 2021 case, Alfaro was wanted for attempted rape and sexual assault in Suffolk County, New York, another sanctuary jurisdiction.

In the 2021 case, Suffolk County police said Alfaro attacked a woman who was jogging and attempted to rape her. Alfaro was allegedly wearing only a tank top at the time of the attack.

Alfaro had been deported from the U.S. three times, according to ICE officials, at the time of the alleged attack in New York.

Like New York state, Fairfax County has sanctuary policies that prevent local law enforcement from turning criminal illegal aliens over to ICE agents for arrest and deportation.

Alfaro remains in police custody in Fairfax County. ICE officials have filed a detainer to request that Alfaro be turned over to their custody if he is released at any time. Fairfax County officials, as a result of their sanctuary policies, are likely to deny the request.

From Fox 5 DC:

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. – A Herndon man – linked to multiple indecent exposure and sex abuse cases – is in the country illegally and was deported three times, according to a spokesperson for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Juan Rodriguez Alfaro, 42, is a Honduras native, according to ICE.

The agency says it has lodged a detainer with Fairfax County so ICE would be alerted in the event Rodriguez Alfaro would be released. Fairfax County has adopted policies of not cooperating with ICE.

Fairfax County police said Monday that Rodriguez Alfaro may be connected to 21 different incidents, mainly along the Washington and Old Dominion Trail.

In some of the cases, he was naked from the waist down, according to investigators.

On Sunday, Herndon Police Chief Maggie DeBoard said Rodriguez Alfaro may be linked to multiple cases in Herndon. He is facing a sexual battery charge after an Aug. 26 incident where police received a report from a woman who had been jogging on the W&OD Trail near Ferndale Avenue.

“That subject exposed himself and was engaging in obscene sexual behaviors and grabbed the victim’s genitals before fleeing the area,” Deboard said.

Rodriguez Alfaro is being held without bond.

Fuck these weirdos, they deserve nothing but swift deportation or in some cases execution. Welcome to Biden’s banana republic. He’s single-handedly turned out country into a third world shithole.
