The SFPD bodycam footage of the Paul Pelosi attack was released Friday morning.
The video showed David DePape, 42, assault Pelosi with a hammer while police were at the scene.
Someone opened the door for the police and Paul Pelosi looked calm holding the hammer in one hand and a drink in the other hand, while in his underwear.

The 911 call prior to the attack was also released Friday morning.

Fox News obtained footage of David DePape breaking the window with a hammer before entering the Pelosis’ home.

In October, the Department of Justice announced two federal criminal charges against David DePape.
“DePape was charged with attempted kidnapping, and with retaliating against a federal official by threatening or injuring a family member.”
David DePape pleaded not guilty to all charges in his first court appearance in November.
