After Maine’s leftist Secretary of State unilaterally removed President Trump from the state’s 2024 ballot, the Trump campaign issued a scathing statement, condemning the overtly partisan decision to blatantly interfere with the 2024 presidential election.
As previously reported by Breaking Digest, Bellows cited the same interpretation of the 14th Amendment used in Colorado last week, which is suspended, pending a decision by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Within moments of the decision going public, Trump Campaign spokesman, Steven Cheung, released the statement.
In the statement, Cheung promised that the campaign “will quickly file a legal objection in state court to prevent this atrocious decision in Maine from taking effect.”

The Maine Secretary of State is a former ACLU attorney, a virulent leftist and a hyper-partisan Biden-supporting Democrat who has decided to interfere in the presidential election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden.
We are witnessing, in real-time, the attempted theft of an election and the disenfranchisement of the American voter. Democrats in blue states are recklessly and unconstitutionally suspending the civil rights of the American voters by attempting to summarily remove President Trump’s name from the ballot.
