On Tuesday morning, the Texas National Guard defied the Biden regime and took back control of the El Paso border, and has begun the process of installing concertina wire and a new anti-climb fence.

These security measures aim to prevent illegal immigrants from rioting and dismantling the previous razor wire barrier, as witnessed on March 21st.

This comes after hundreds of illegal aliens stormed the border, breached the concertina wire, overran National Guard members, and rushed towards the border in El Paso, Texas.

They were charged with rioting on Tuesday.

On Sunday, radical leftist El Paso magistrate judge Humberto Acosta ruled that the “hundreds of arrestees” involved in the violent riot must receive individual bail hearings within 48 hours of their charges. Furthermore, he astonishingly denied the District Attorney’s plea for additional time for preparation.

The New York Post reported that Acosta then proceeded to order the release of 39 of the illegal aliens who appeared before him on rioting charges on their own recognizance, despite their involvement in injuring Texas border guards.

According to Daily Mail, numerous illegals were initially detained at the border, but they have subsequently been released from state custody:

Texas Department of Public Safety arrested and charged 221 migrants for rioting and criminal mischief, Benson notes in a threat posted to X, formerly Twitter.

He also said that after a tense night, it appears on Monday morning that enforcement began letting back across the border the mostly Venezuelan migrants.

Thankfully, instead of being released onto the streets, the individuals were transferred from state custody to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

ICE has promised to deport every one of the illegals who stormed the border.

Texas governor Greg Abbott announced: “Construction is underway on the new Forward Operating Base in Eagle Pass. This base camp will house Texas National Guard soldiers deployed to respond to Biden’s border crisis. It will also provide our soldiers additional resources and regional support to secure the border.”
