A juror in the “hush money” case against President Trump was excused from duty after admitting concerns about her inability to be fair and impartial upon being officially sworn in by Judge Juan Merchan.

According to Time Magazine, a young nurse, one of the seven jurors preliminarily selected as of Tuesday, expressed her inability to remain unbiased. Her concerns arose after friends and family, alerted by media reports, approached her about her role as a juror.

“Yesterday alone, I had friends and family push things to me,” she revealed to the court. Expressing a stark acknowledgment of her compromised position, she stated, “I don’t think at this point that I can be fair and unbiased.”

Following the incident, Judge Merchan lashed out at the mainstream media for exposing juror information. He declared that potential jurors’ places of employment would be removed from the public record and directed media members to avoid describing jurors’ appearances.

On Monday, Trump-hating Judge Juan Merchan accused President Trump of intimidating a potential juror who had openly expressed support for Biden by posting a celebratory video on her Facebook page.

According to Trump attorney Todd Blanche, the caption of the video read, “You had to get in the car to spread the honking cheer. it’s a full on dance party at 96th street.”

During the questioning of the potential juror regarding her pro-Biden social media post, President Trump was reportedly gesturing and audibly speaking in her direction.

Judge Merchan said the left-wing juror gave “reasonable explanations” for the pro-Biden Facebook videos and rejected a request from Trump’s attorneys to dismiss her from the jury pool.
