On Monday, Trump-hating Judge Juan Merchan accused Trump of intimidating a potential juror who had openly expressed support for Biden by posting a celebratory video on her Facebook page.

Amid ongoing jury selection in the Stormy Daniels “hush money” trial, more than 50 potential jurors were dismissed from the jury pool on Monday.

One prospective juror came under scrutiny after Trump’s legal team uncovered a pro-Biden celebratory video she had posted in 2020. According to Trump attorney Todd Blanche, the caption of the video read, “You had to get in the car to spread the honking cheer. it’s a full on dance party at 96th street.”

During the questioning of the potential juror regarding her pro-Biden social media post, President Trump was reportedly gesturing and audibly speaking in her direction.

Judge Merchan lashed out at President Trump, accusing him of intimidating the juror, saying, “I won’t tolerate that. I will not have any jurors intimidated in this courtroom. I want to make that crystal clear,” Judge Merchan said.

The left-wing, pro-Biden juror asserted her ability to remain impartial. “I very, very strongly believe that regardless of my thoughts about anyone or anything political, feelings or convictions, that the job of a juror is to understand the facts of a trial and to be the judge of those facts,” the juror stated, as reported by CNN.

Judge Merchan acknowledged the juror’s “reasonable explanations” for the pro-Biden Facebook videos and denied Trump’s attorneys’ request to dismiss her from the jury pool.

Congressman Byron Donalds pointed out Judge Merchan’s spiteful behavior towards President Trump.

You got this [Judge Juan Merchan] who said that President Trump can’t even go to the graduation of his son. I mean, come on. That is pure spite.
