On Monday, five illegal aliens — three from Honduras, and two from Mexico — were arrested for kidnapping a 14-year-old girl from her Indiana home.
The five illegals accused of kidnapping the girl are:
- Marlon Aguilar, 44, from the Honduras
- Arturo Eustaquio, 41, from Mexico
- Noe Guzman Hernandez, 24, from Mexico
- Daniel Ruiz Lopez, 19, from Honduras
- Carlos Funez, 56, from Honduras
The father last saw his daughter getting into a black SUV before reporting her disappearance to authorities.
Missouri State Troopers located the missing girl when her phone pinged a tower along Highway 36 as the vehicle traveled westward. Police suspect the individuals were transporting the teenager to California to meet an unknown man she had met online.
The suspects were apprehended in Macon County and have been charged with second-degree kidnapping and first-degree endangerment of a child.
