New evidence has emerged from the disqualification hearing of Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis. Text messages exchanged between attorneys Ashleigh Merchant and Terrence Bradley have surfaced, revealing details that challenge Willis’ sworn testimony regarding the timeline of her romantic relationship with Nathan Wade.

Legal analyst Phil Holloway released the texts on X, highlighting a crucial inconsistency in Willis’ narrative. According to the messages, the romantic relationship between Willis and Wade began before Willis assumed office as District Attorney.

This directly contradicts Willis’ earlier claim that the affair began in 2022. The texts imply it started when she left the DA’s office – as ADA – and was a judge in South Fulton, indicating that it began earlier than previously admitted.

As Breaking Digest previously reported, on Tuesday, Nathan Wade’s former partner and divorce attorney Terrence Bradly took the stand to testify during the ongoing Fani Willis disqualification hearings.

Bradley’s testimony, marked by evasiveness and a lack of specific information, focused on the timeline of Wade’s romantic relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. The origins of this relationship are being closely examined, as its timing might render Willis ineligible to oversee the Georgia election fraud case against Trump.

Bradley was grilled by President Trump’s attorneys for two hours.

Attorney Steve Sadow of the Trump defense team pressed Bradley on the text messages that he sent that confirmed Wade and Willis were romantically involved before 2022.
