An Arizona county’s board of supervisors certified their jurisdiction’s midterm elections results under duress on Thursday at the order of a judge.
Judge Casey McGinley of the Pima County Superior Court instructed Cochise County’s board of supervisors to convene and declare the results official by 5 p.m. MT on Thursday.
After two Republican members of the board voted to delay certification, Katie Hobbs, with the help of Hillary Clinton attorney Marc Elias, sued Cochise County to seal the deal on the rigged Arizona election.
Elias sent a threatening tweet on Monday in response to news that Cochise County would wait to certify.
It was revealed on Monday by a Yavapai County Supervisor that Arizona county officials were threatened with Class 6 felony Charges if they refused to certify the fraudulent election.
“I found out today that I have no choice but to vote “Aye” or I will be arrested and charged with a felony,” Supervisor Ron Gould said during the Board of Supervisors Special Meeting on Monday.
Following Judge McGinley’s order, Chairwoman Peggy Judd and Supervisor Ann English voted to certify the election in Cochise. Supervisor Tom Crosby refused to show up and vote on this forced, corrupt meeting agenda.
Peggy Judd appeared to get emotional while voting “yes” to certify.
“I feel like I must follow what the judge did today, but I feel I don’t like to be threatened,” said Chairwoman Judd. “[I feel] rather uncomfortable about making you know about being supportive of this today.”
