Joe Biden was scheduled to address the Hamas surprise terror attack on Israel at 1 pm ET on Tuesday.

However, he showed up 90 minutes late for his first public appearance since Saturday.

Biden spoke for approximately 10 minutes. He confirmed that 14 Americans in Israel have been taken hostage by Hamas terrorists.

“Sadly for the Jewish people, it’s not new. This attack has brought to the surface painful memories & the scars left by a millennia of anti-Semitism and genocide of the Jewish people. So in this moment, we must be crystal clear. We stand with Israel… We stand with Israel and we will make sure it has what it needs to take care of its citizens and defend itself,” Biden said.

Biden condemned Hamas but made no mention of Iran’s involvement.

It’s worth noting that Iran’s proxy, Hamas, initiated the attack on Israel following the $6 billion ransom payment Biden paid Iran in exchange for hostages.

“There’s no justification for terrorism. There’s no excuse. Hamas does not stand for the Palestinian people’s right to dignity and self determination. Its stated purpose is the annihilation of the state of Israel and the murder of Jewish people… Hamas offers nothing but terror and bloodshed,” Biden said.

Amid a considerable amount of mumbling and random shouting, Biden did confirm that Hamas is currently holding 14 American hostages.

He stated, “We now know that American citizens are among those being held by Hamas.”

Numerous Americans were tragically reported to have lost their lives in the surprise terror attack, and a significant number have been captured.

After approximately 10 minutes, Biden concluded his address and shuffled away without taking any questions from reporters.
