Rep. Daniel Goldman (D-NY), the most arrogant and obnoxious Democrat Congressman, is facing consequences for defending Hunter Biden at the expense of others.
According to the Daily Caller, Tony Bobulinksi, a former Hunter Biden business partner turned whistleblower, is planning to file a defamation lawsuit against the New York Democrat. This legal action was prompted by Bobulinski’s testimony before a congressional committee, during which Rep. Goldman accused him of making “false allegations” with the assistance of a lawyer affiliated with the Trump administration.
The complaint, filed in D.C. District Court, alleges that “Goldman has repeatedly lied about Plaintiff, Anthony Bobulinski, saying that Mr. Bobulinski has used a Trump campaign-paid lawyer to lie since October 2020, spreads Russian disinformation, and is a Trump campaign plant.”
“Defendant lied solely to serve his political agenda by deliberately besmirching the character of Mr. Bobulinski and to protect Joe Biden,” the complaint continued.

For several months, Rep. Goldman has appeared on various cable news shows asserting that Hunter Biden is being unjustly targeted due to his family name, portraying him as a victim of a “two-tiered justice system.” What a joke.
Breaking Digest previously reported that Bobulinski sued Fox News host, Jessica Tarlov, for falsely claiming that Bobulinski’s legal fees were funded by a pro-Trump Super PAC.
Bobulinski claims that false statements have significantly harmed his personal and professional reputation.
