Tragedy struck the world of youth basketball as 17-year-old promising talent, Caleb White, collapsed suddenly and died during a workout at his school.
Caleb, who held the distinction of being among the top 25 high school basketball stars in the nation, had recently been shining as Alabama’s number two high school player. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital on a somber Thursday.
The cause of Caleb’s sudden and unexpected death is unknown pending the autopsy results.
