In his first court appearance on Tuesday, David DePape pleaded not guilty to all 10 charges against him in the alleged attack on Paul Pelosi Friday.

DePape appeared in court with a sling on his arm for a dislocated shoulder that he sustained during his arrest, according to his public defender Adam Lipson. For some reason, he was not shackled.

The judge ordered DePape to be held without bail.

DePape is due back in court on Friday.
