Franklin Police are actively working to identify several young children who are believed to have been administered drugs and raped by the accused soccer coach.

The disturbing case came to light when employees of a nearby restaurant stumbled upon a misplaced cell phone, later determined to belong to Campos. In their effort to locate the phone’s owner and return it, the staff inadvertently discovered troubling files within the device, leading them to promptly notify law enforcement authorities.

In a press release on Sunday, law enforcement authorities revealed that the restaurant employees discovered “dozens of unconscionable videos and pictures of children.” These included multiple videos showing Campos raping unconscious boys aged approximately 9 to 17.

FOX 17 News has learned that Campos is an illegal immigrant and additional victims have come forward.

FOX 17 News reports:

A Middle Tennessee soccer coach accused of recording himself raping children entered the United States illegally, police confirmed Wednesday.

The accusations against Campos have neighbors terrified, and many political activists are now calling on Tennessee to enforce stricter laws against child predators.

FOX 17 News has obtained a letter from the Williamson County Soccer League addressed to parents, stating that Campos was not affiliated with the county or state’s league in any way. The letter says Campos coached within the Hispanic community but was not licensed or approved by a legitimate league.

“An illegal immigrant has raped 15 kids in our state and that’s just the initial count as victims are still likely to be discovered. These evil crimes were preventable on a state and federal level. It’s far beyond time we take action to remove illegal immigrants!” Robby Starbuck said.

“Today we learned that the Tennessee soccer coach charged with assaulting and brutally raping several young children is an illegal alien. The sexual abuse of children is one of the most heinous crimes imaginable, and my heart breaks for the victims and their families,” said Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.)

“This outrageous tragedy is further evidence that we need to build the wall now. Until our border is secured, every town is a border town, and criminals will continue to have free reign throughout the nation,” she added.
