Texas Army Sgt. Who Defended Himself Against BLM-Antifa Terrorist Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison

On Wednesday, the Daily Mail reported that a radical judge named Clifford Brown sentenced Sgt. Daniel Perry to 25 years in prison.

Sgt. Daniel Perry, an army soldier who shot and killed an armed Antifa-BLM terrorist in Austin in July 2020 was indicted on a murder charge in 2021 by Soros-backed District Attorney Jose Garza.

Last month, Breaking Digest reported that a corrupt jury wrongly convicted Perry of murder for defending himself.

Austin Police said Foster was armed and confronted the vehicle.

During a late-night press conference in July 2020, Austin Police announced that Foster was carrying a rifle and “may have” approached the vehicle prior to the shooting.

However, a still frame from footage of the incident clearly shows Foster pointing a weapon at Perry.
