On Wednesday, the Daily Mail reported that a radical judge named Clifford Brown sentenced Sgt. Daniel Perry to 25 years in prison.
Sgt. Daniel Perry, an army soldier who shot and killed an armed Antifa-BLM terrorist in Austin in July 2020 was indicted on a murder charge in 2021 by Soros-backed District Attorney Jose Garza.
Last month, Breaking Digest reported that a corrupt jury wrongly convicted Perry of murder for defending himself.
Austin Police said Foster was armed and confronted the vehicle.
During a late-night press conference in July 2020, Austin Police announced that Foster was carrying a rifle and “may have” approached the vehicle prior to the shooting.
However, a still frame from footage of the incident clearly shows Foster pointing a weapon at Perry.
Side-by-side video with both angles, shows Perry come to a complete stop before having to defend himself from the mob and Garrett Foster:

Republican Texas Governor, Greg Abbott, previously announced that he would pardon Perry.
