GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene submitted a criminal referral against Soros-funded Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis over her “improper” romantic relationship with a leading Trump prosecutor she appointed to pursue charges against Trump.
As previously reported, Fani Willis engaged in an “improper” romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, a top Trump prosecutor in her office.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Willis benefited financially from her relationship with Nathan Wade.
Fani Willis brought in Nathan Wade in November of 2021.
In August, Willis charged President Trump and 18 others with RICO and conspiracy offenses for questioning the legitimacy of the 2020 election results. A 41-count indictment, including RICO and conspiracy charges against Trump, was returned by a Fulton County grand jury.
A motion was filed in the Superior Court of Fulton County on behalf of defendant Michael Roman, a former Trump campaign official targeted in Fani Willis’ RICO case. The motion aims to dismiss charges against Michael Roman and disqualify Fani Willis, Nathan Wade, and the entire DA’s office from the RICO case against Trump.
I sent a criminal referral to GA Gov Kemp and GA AG Chris Carr expressing my serious concerns that Fulton Co DA Fani Willis has engaged in criminal misconduct with her alleged lover Nathan Wade who she hired as her top prosecutor.

The filing alleges that Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor hired to go after Trump, funded luxurious vacations with Fani Willis to Napa Valley and a Caribbean cruise, using funds from Fulton County to pay for these trips.
County records indicate that Wade, a top figure in the election interference case, received nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2022, authorized by Fani Willis, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The motion claims an ongoing romantic relationship between Wade and the district attorney, asserting that Fani Willis failed to obtain approval for Wade’s appointment as a special prosecutor by the Fulton Board of Commissioners, as required by law.
Marjorie Taylor Greene called Willis’ relationship with Nathan Wade an “illegal conflict of interest.”
Rep. Greene’s criminal referral was sent to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp (R) and Attorney General Chris Carr.
NBC News reported:
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., filed a complaint Wednesday alleging criminal misconduct by the district attorney prosecuting former President Donald Trump and his co-defendants in the Georgia election interference case.
Greene, a vocal Trump ally, requested a criminal investigation into Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and the prosecutor representing the DA’s office in the case after an attorney for Trump co-defendant Michael Roman, in a filing seeking dismissal of the charges, alleged that the two had an improper relationship — what Greene called an “illegal conflict of interest.”
The referral, submitted to Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Attorney General Chris Carr and first reported by NBC News, pertains to claims that Willis may have personally benefited by tapping special prosecutor Nathan Wade amid accusations that the two have traveled together to destinations such as the Napa Valley and the Caribbean.
