Shortly after he voiced his intention to come forward with his allegations, Dr. Gal Luft faced informal charges by a weaponized Department of Justice (DOJ). Biden’s DOJ sought to silence him by setting up an ambush and arresting him in Cyprus.
Dr. Luft has recently come forward with evidence implicating the Biden family in their dealings with CEFC, a Chinese energy company.
In a video from an undisclosed location, Dr. Luft detailed how after he shared information about the Biden crime family to the FBI, he became a target of weaponization by that very agency. His story has now gained the attention of Rep. James Comer (R-KY), the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, who is interested in having Dr. Luft testify before Congress.

In the 14-minute recording, obtained exclusively by The Post, the fugitive former Israeli army officer claims he was arrested in Cyprus to stop him from testifying to the House Oversight Committee that the Biden family received payments from individuals with alleged ties to Chinese military intelligence and that they had an FBI mole who shared classified information with their benefactors from the China-controlled energy company CEFC.
The self-proclaimed fall guy says he provided the incriminating evidence to six officials from the FBI and the Department of Justice in a secret meeting in Brussels in March 2019 — but alleges that it was covered up.
“I, who volunteered to inform the US government about a potential security breach and about compromising information about a man vying to be the next president, am now being hunted by the very same people who I informed — and may have to live on the run for the rest of my life on the run …”
During an interview with Newsmax, Rep. Comer said Dr. Luft is “very credible and the people on MSNBC who made fun of me when I said we had an informant who was missing, they should feel like fools right now. This is their worst nightmare because- again- this is a credible witness that the FBI flew all the way to Brussels to interview and sent several agents to interview. This is someone who knew about CEFC in detail long before the laptop ever became public.”
Chairman Comer reiterated that Dr. Luft is credible, emphasizing that he is a crucial witness in their investigation. He expressed the committee’s intention to communicate with Dr. Luft and requested the notes from the FBI’s meeting with him. Chairman Comer also said the committee wants to know why the FBI had not made the interview public.
Comer revealed that Devon Archer, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, is scheduled to testify before Congress in a deposition next week. Comer further indicated that Archer would be the first among many individuals who would testify in Congress. He said, “What you are going to see is that there is a consistent pattern of a narrative that is far different than what Joe Biden has told the American people and far different than what the pitiful journalists on MSNBC have been saying.”
