During a hearing ironically held to address government censorship, House Democrats voted to censor and remove presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
On Thursday, July 20, 2023, the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government held a hearing. The focus of the hearing was to investigate the federal government’s involvement in censoring Americans, the Missouri v. Biden case, and allegations of Big Tech colluding with unchecked government agencies to suppress freedom of speech.
During the hearing, Deborah Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) put forth a motion to censor Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and prevent him from speaking about censorship.
“I move that we remove into executive session because Mr. Kennedy has repeatedly made despicable, antisemitic, and anti-Asian comments as recently as last week.”
Stacey Plaskett, a Democrat on the House Subcommittee on the Weaponization of Federal Government, made a defamatory statement about Kennedy, spreading false information and misrepresenting him entirely. Ms. Plaskett used the hearing on censorship to attempt to censor Mr. Kennedy.
Nevertheless, the attempt to censor Mr. Kennedy Jr. failed miserably as 10 House GOP members voted to table the absurd motion, while 8 Democrats voted against it.
Watch:
The move to censor Kennedy Jr. was in relation to an incident in which The New York Post reporter Jon Levine released a video of Robert Kennedy, Jr. recorded at a party in New York City.
During the gathering, Robert Kennedy, Jr. addressed the concerning topic of scientists developing viruses as potential bioweapons. He emphasized that the US is providing financial support to these laboratories. Moreover, he raised alarming concerns about scientists currently working on ethnically targeted microbes.
“In fact, COVID-19 there’s an argument that it is ethnically targeted. COVID-19 attacks certain races, disproportionately.
“The races that are most immune to COVID-19 are because of the structure of the genetic structure, genetic differentials among different races of the receptors of the ace two receptor. COVID-19 is targeted to attack Caucasians and black people. The people who are most immune are Ashkenazi Jews and Chinese. We don’t know whether it was deliberately targeted that or not, but there are papers out there that show the racial and ethnic differential impact to that. We do know that the Chinese are spending hundreds of millions of dollars developing ethnic bioweathers, and we are developing ethnic bioweapons.”
Clearly, Robert Kennedy Jr. never made any statement suggesting that COVID was “designed to spare Jews,” as Levine wrongly implied.
Kennedy was referring to studies indicating that Ashkenazi Jews and Asians fared better than Blacks and Caucasians (note that Ashkenazi Jews are categorized as Caucasian).
The study specifically highlights Ashkenazi Jews as a population that fared better than most in the context being discussed.
RFK Jr. responded:
The New York Post story is mistaken. I have never, ever suggested that the COVID-19 virus was targeted to spare Jews. I accurately pointed out — during an off-the-record conversation — that the U.S. and other governments are developing ethnically targeted bioweapons and that a 2021 study of the COVID-19 virus shows that COVID-19 appears to disproportionately affect certain races since the furin cleave docking site is most compatible with Blacks and Caucasians and least compatible with ethnic Chinese, Finns, and Ashkenazi Jews. In that sense, it serves as a kind of proof of concept for ethnically targeted bioweapons. I do not believe and never implied that the ethnic effect was deliberately engineered.
