On Monday evening, Joe Biden returned to the White House from Camp David to address the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity.

In response to the decision, leftists absurdly claimed that the ruling grants presidents dictatorial powers. Chief Justice John Roberts, however, emphasized that the ruling does not place the president “above the law,” clarifying that it pertains only to official acts. The case was sent back to lower courts to determine if the actions in Trump’s January 6 case were “official.”

Dissenting justices Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson expressed concerns, including fears that presidents could act like “kings” and target political opponents, like Joe Biden has done by going after Trump.

Biden took a swipe at Trump, stating, “No one is above the law!”

“I have respected the limits of presidential power for 3.5 years,” Biden said, despite previously bragging that he defied the Supreme Court with his student loan forgiveness initiative.

During his brief statement, Biden echoed the hyperbolic claims made by the dissenting justices, accusing the Supreme Court of attacking long-established legal principles, including voting rights, civil rights, and abortion rights.

He then revisited the January 6 Capitol protests, falsely accusing Trump of inciting violence to stop the peaceful transfer of power. Biden described the events as one of America’s darkest days, despite Trump’s call for peaceful protests. He highlighted the violence against police and the ransacking of the Capitol, omitting that Capitol Police actions contributed to the chaos and took the lives of unarmed Trump supporters.

Biden argued that the American people deserve answers about January 6 before the upcoming election, calling the Supreme Court’s decision a disservice to the nation. He urged voters to reject Trump, questioning his fitness for office.

Biden concluded by reading the teleprompter instructions – “end of quote” – as he praised leftist justice Sonia Sotomayor’s hysterical dissent.
