Hollywood actor and comedian Jack Black has canceled the remaining leg of the tour for his longtime band after a video emerged of his bandmate, Kyle Gass, wishing death upon President Trump.
The “School of Rock” actor has led the metal group Tenacious D since the mid-1990s, with Kyle Gass as a longtime friend and bandmate.
However, as Breaking Digest previously reported, both have come under intense fire after X users discovered a video from a Sydney concert where Gass said he would like nothing more for his birthday than for the next shooter to “not miss” when targeting Trump.
In a video from the concert, Black is seen presenting his Tenacious D bandmate Kyle Gass with a birthday cake during their performance at the ICC Sydney Theatre. Black then tells Gass to “make a wish.”
Gass’s wish was: “Don’t miss Trump next time.”
The crowd reacts with laughter and applause.

“Don’t miss Trump next time”
Boycott these scumbags @jackblack
They’re inciting violence!

The intense backlash to Gass’s remark, made just one day after the shooting, led Black to try and distance himself from it, seemingly blaming it entirely on Kyle.
In response to the negative attention, he announced that his band would end their tour this year. “I was blindsided by what was said at the show on Sunday,” he wrote on Instagram. “I would never condone hate speech or political violence in any form.”
“After much reflection, I no longer feel it is appropriate to continue the Tenacious D tour, and all future creative plans are on hold. I am grateful to the fans for their support and understanding,” the post concluded.

This is the kind of violent and hateful rhetoric for which the so-called “tolerant” far-left party has been spewing for NINE years. Is it really a surprise that there was an attempt on Trump’s life?
