Devon Archer, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, is currently engaged in discussions to cooperate with the House Oversight Committee’s subpoena. The subpoena pertains to his knowledge and involvement in the alleged $10 million Ukraine “bribe” and other business transactions linked to the Biden Crime Family.

On Monday, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer took action by issuing a subpoena to Archer, compelling him to provide a deposition this week.

Comer is currently investigating an alleged bribery scheme involving Joe Biden, a Ukrainian oligarch, and Burisma Holdings. The evidence surrounding the Ukraine-Biden bribery allegations was initially presented to the FBI in 2017 by a well-paid, highly credible informant.

The bribery claims revolve around Mykola Zlochevsky, the Ukrainian oligarch who employed Hunter Biden as a board member at Burisma Holdings. Devon Archer, who collaborated with Hunter Biden, also served as a board member for Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian gas company controlled by Zlochevsky.

Archer and Hunter Biden were also involved in jointly operating Rosemont Seneca, an investment firm based in Washington, D.C.

According to emails retrieved from the “Laptop from Hell”, Hunter Biden received classified information from Joe Biden regarding Ukraine and subsequently shared this information with Archer.

The emails reveal that on April 13, 2014, just one week before Joe Biden’s visit to Ukraine to meet with then-Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Hunter Biden sent a highly detailed email about Ukraine to Archer.

There is evidence suggesting that Hunter Biden exchanged emails with Archer, sharing information that he had either obtained from briefings with his father, Joe Biden, or directly from classified documents.

Given Archer’s potentially significant knowledge about the Bidens, he is presently cooperating with the House Oversight Committee, providing valuable information in their investigation.

from the New York Post:

Former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer is in talks with the House Oversight Committee to testify about his knowledge of the first family’s business dealings in countries including Russia and Ukraine.

Archer, a since-convicted felon, was a central figure in the dealings of President Biden’s family while he was vice president and seems receptive to speaking with committee staff about what he knows, a source told The Post.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) on Monday issued a subpoena for Archer to appear Friday for a deposition, but he will instead be allowed to negotiate a later appearance.

“We are in contact with his attorney to schedule it for another date,” a committee aide said.

An attorney for Archer did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

Archer, who was previously convicted of defrauding an Indian tribe, received a one-year prison sentence last year. Along with the prison term, he was required to pay $15 million in penalties and $43 million in restitution.

Despite filing an appeal to avoid going to prison, Archer was able to remain free as the appeal process unfolded in the courts. However, last week, he lost his federal appeal.
