Republican legislators are actively working on drafting laws aimed at removing Joe Biden from ballots in crucial swing states like Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania.
As reported by Breitbart, state representatives Aaron Bernstine of Pennsylvania, Charlice Byrd of Georgia, and Cory McGarr of Arizona are leading these legislative endeavors.

Their initiative is in direct response to the unconstitutional ruling in Colorado, which cited the “Insurrection Clause” of the U.S. Constitution to eliminate Trump from the state’s ballot.
According to Breitbart, these GOP lawmakers are positioning themselves against the “lawfare” tactics used by Democrats to target Trump. They argue that the same grounds used to challenge Trump’s eligibility, focusing on allegations of inciting an insurrection, could likewise implicate Joe Biden. This perspective revolves around Biden’s handling of the southern border situation and his strong ties to China.

“We are joining forces to introduce legislation to REMOVE Joe Biden from the ballot in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania,” the lawmakers told Breitbart News. “The absurdity of radical Democrat judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades. By their very own interpretation of the law, Joe Biden is 100% not eligible to run for political office.”

“Colorado radicals just changed the game and we are not going to sit quietly while they destroy our Republic. To be clear, our objective is to showcase the absurdity of Colorado’s decision and allow ALL candidates to be on the ballot in all states,” they wrote. “To do that, we must fight back as Republicans against the communists currently running our great country.”
Republicans were immediately incensed by the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision. Many floated ideas to block Biden from various state ballots. Texas Republicans threatened to take action predicated on the Biden administration’s open border policies, but no action was taken.
“While GOP elites are asleep at the wheel, the Democrats are very serious about destroying the American Republic,” political strategist Cliff Maloney told Breitbart News. “Thank God for patriots like Aaron Bernstine, Charlice Byrd, and Cory McGarr for stepping up to FIGHT back.”
The attempt to remove Biden from the ballot echoes a statement made by Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick, who, in an interview with Fox News host Laura Ingraham, accused Biden of committing insurrection by allowing the nation’s migrant crisis at the southern border to spiral completely out of control. Immigration authorities have documented record-breaking numbers of illegal crossings in Texas and Arizona. Lawmakers in these states have used buses and airplanes to transport new arrivals to sanctuary cities such as Chicago and New York.
As Breaking Digest reported, President Trump was disqualified from the ballot in Colorado in 2024 by their far-left Supreme Court.
The Court referenced Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, which addresses the disqualification of public officials who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against.”
President Trump has not been found guilty of any charges related to insurrection or rebellion against the United States.
President Trump’s legal team has already vowed to appeal the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.
President Trump responded to Colorado’s Supreme Court unconstitutional ruling with a statement, saying, “A Soros-funded, left-wing group’s scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden by removing President Trump’s name from the ballot.”

States like Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona, all supposedly won by Biden in 2020, are currently showing a shift toward President Trump. Polls indicate Trump leading Biden in all seven swing states, beyond the margins of error.
