There is no end in sight to Biden’s crisis at the U.S. Southern border.
Federal authorities have raised concerns about the potential infiltration by members of Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), and Hezbollah through the southern border. This warning was outlined in an internal memo dated October 20, exclusively obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
The recent conflict between Israel and Hamas, which included terror attacks on civilians on October 7, has put federal authorities on high alert.
The San Diego Field Office Intelligence Division of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued the memo warning of the possibility of encountering members of these terrorist organizations along the U.S. southern border.
The memo states, “San Diego Field Office Intelligence Unit assesses that individuals inspired by, or reacting to the current Israel-Hamas conflict may attempt travel to or from the area of hostilities in the Middle East via circuitous transit across the Southwest border.”
“Foreign fighters motivated by ideology or mercenary soldiers of fortune may attempt to obfuscate travel to or from the US to or from countries in the Middle East through Mexico,” the memo continued.
This comes after Rep. Jamaal Bowman and his fellow leftists called for the United States to provide sanctuary to Palestinian refugees from Gaza.
FBI Director Chris Wray recently warned of imminent terror attacks on U.S. soil.

As previously reported by Breaking Digest, September holds the record for the most illegal alien encounters, totaling an alarming 269,735. When examining the entire fiscal year for 2023, the figure stands at 2.47 million encounters with individuals entering the country illegally. That is the highest for any year on record.
These statistics are from Customs and Border Protection.
In comparing between the Trump and Biden administrations, the difference is shocking.
The numbers tripled from 2020 to 2021 and have steadily risen over the following two years.
Additionally, Breaking Digest reported that US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) confirmed the arrests of four Iranians at the wide-open southern border within the past month. These Iranians were categorized as “special interest aliens.”
