Anthony Scott Amey was charged with felony hit and run after police say he crashed his car into Leon Phillip Fortner, 55, in an argument over a parking spot at Walmart.
Fortner died at the scene.

CONCORD, N.C. — A Charlotte man was arrested Thursday after police said he got into an argument with another man over a parking spot at a Walmart in Concord.
Anthony Scott Amey was charged with felony hit and run.
Investigators said Amey and Leon Phillip Fortner, 55, also from Charlotte, were arguing in the parking lot off Thunder Road Northwest.
Police said Amey crashed his car into Fortner during the argument and fled the scene.
