It’s becoming more and more difficult to support the GOP, as they obviously do not care anymore about their voters than the Democrats do.
This past Tuesday, House Republicans voted for a new Speaker nominee. They started the day with eight candidates, and narrowed it down to two candidates after several rounds of secret ballots:
Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN)
Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA)
Tom Emmer wants to change the US Constitution with the aim of abolishing the Electoral College and granting the selection of the U.S. President to the popular vote. Hillary Clinton would have won in 2016 if it weren’t for the Electoral College.
Tom Emmer would be the worst Speaker the Republicans ever had, he wants to get rid of the electoral college, he worked for George Soros, and the voters can’t stand him.

Additionally, there have been reports suggesting that Tom Emmer worked against candidates who were endorsed by President Trump during the 2022 election.
Despite strong support from GOP voters, Jim Jordan was voted out on Friday.
Today, on the fifth vote, Tom Emmer won.
