Monday morning, a tragic mass shooting occurred inside the Old National Bank in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, that left at least five people dead and six injured.
Just moments after the shooting at the Old National Bank in Louisville, Louisville Metro Police confirmed that another SEPARATE shooting had taken place outside of Jefferson Community & Technical College (JCTC) just blocks from the first mass shooting.
According to WDRB.com, one man is dead, and a woman is in the hospital.
Students inside the JCTC building were on lockdown but were released about an hour after the shooting occurred, according to reports.
“There is NO active aggressor at JCTC at 8th and Chestnut streets,” the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) tweeted, adding, “The suspects have fled.”
The LMPD reported that Major Russ Miller will be addressing the media at the Greyhound Bus station where the alleged shooting took place.
