Biden’s FBI has again defied a subpoena issued by the House Oversight Committee to produce a document that alleges Joe Biden was involved in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national back when he was vice president under Barack Obama.

Last Wednesday, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray threatening him with contempt of Congress charges if he, again, refuses to turn over the subpoenaed FBI form FD-1023.

The document describes, in detail, how Biden accepted money in exchange for foreign policy decisions.

Rep. Comer’s letter stated that the FBI had until May 30 to comply with the subpoena or the House Oversight Committee will “initiate contempt of Congress proceedings.”

The FBI has informed the House Oversight Committee that it will not comply with the subpoena.

In the letter, the FBI stated, “the FBI can confirm that we have identified additional information that we are prepared to offer the Committee as an extraordinary accommodation.”

Breaking Digest reported Tuesday that Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) gave Wray an ultimatum — Turn over the requested document or face contempt of Congress charges.

Comer issued the following statement on the FBI’s refusal to comply with a congressional subpoena for unclassified records:

Oversight Committee will now take steps to hold FBI Director Wray in contempt of Congress.

WASHINGTON—House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) issued the following statement on the FBI’s refusal to comply with a congressional subpoena for unclassified records alleging a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national:

“Today, the FBI informed the Committee that it will not provide the unclassified documents subpoenaed by the Committee. The FBI’s decision to stiff-arm Congress and hide this information from the American people is obstructionist and unacceptable. While I have a call scheduled with FBI Director Wray tomorrow to discuss his response further, the Committee has been clear in its intent to protect Congressional oversight authorities and will now be taking steps to hold the FBI Director in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a lawful subpoena. Americans deserve the truth, and the Oversight Committee will continue to demand transparency from this nation’s chief law enforcement agency.”

Politico shared the letter from the FBI to Comer:

Tuesday night, Rep. Comer joined Fox News’ Sean Hannity to discuss the FBI’s refusal to turn over the document and the Oversight committee’s next steps.

Watch:

The FBI is now engaged in a cover-up of their previous cover-up of Joe Biden’s crimes.

They can’t turn over the document because it will expose the initial cover-up.

But in defying the subpoena for the document, they are exposing the cover-up of the cover-up. Either way Americans can clearly see that the FBI is guilty.

The FBI must be defunded as they are not working for the good of the people.
