The session opened with Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) nominating Kevin McCarthy for Speaker of the House.
Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) nominated Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) for Speaker of the House
UPDATE: Rep. Boebert called on President Trump to tell McCarthy that he does not have the votes and that it’s time to withdraw!!
