On Friday, a verdict was reached in the defamation case brought by crazy E. Jean Carroll against President Trump.
In summary, the New York court ruled that Trump must pay Carroll a staggering $83 million due to his statements against her in 2019, following her false accusations of Trump raping her in a dressing room over two decades ago.
However, Trump’s outspoken attorney, Alina Habba, didn’t mince words. When a journalist asked whether she regretted representing Trump in the case as she left the courthouse after the contentious verdict, Habba promptly responded:
“No, I’m not having any second thoughts about representing President Trump. It is the proudest thing I could ever do.”
Later, she went off on the corrupt New York court system, stating to the journalist, “Don’t get it twisted.. Whoever asked me that question. I’m so proud to stand with President Trump. But I am not proud to stand with what I saw in that courtroom.”

Alina Habba, a lawyer for former President Trump, said Friday she was proud to represent him, after a jury ruled in favor of columnist E. Jean Carroll in her defamation trial against the former president.
“I have sat on trial after trial for months in this state, the state of New York, Attorney General Letitia James and now this. Weeks, weeks. Why? Because President Trump is leading in the polls and now we see what you get in New York,” Habba said addressing the media after the jury decision, reported by CNN.
“So don’t get it twisted,” she continued. “I am so proud to stand with President Trump. But I am not proud to stand with what I saw in that courtroom.”
Habba’s fiery statements come just after Trump was ordered to pay Carroll $83.8 million for defaming her when in 2019 he denied accusations that he sexually assaulted her decades earlier.
Trump has already announced that he will appeal the court’s decision.
