Noem is being considered a strong potential candidate for Trump’s running mate.
This marks President Trump’s first visit to South Dakota since his patriotic July 4 rally, where he delivered an inspiring speech on American exceptionalism and patriotism.
President Trump is expected to speak at 10 pm ET.
