On Tuesday, House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy called on Department of Homeland Security Secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, to resign or face impeachment.
McCarthy said if Mayorkas doesn’t resign, House Republicans will investigate every order and every action to determine whether lawmakers can begin the impeachment process.
“If Secretary Mayorkas does not resign, House Republicans will investigate every order, every action, and every failure; will determine whether we can begin impeachment inquiry,” McCarthy said.

Mayorkas repeatedly claims that the U.S. Southern border is secure. This is an outright lie, and everyone knows it including Secretary Mayorkas.
Over 5.5 million illegal aliens have entered the U.S. in the first 20 months of Joe Biden’s administration.
There are no barriers keeping illegal immigrants out and they are welcomed into the U.S. as soon as they step foot into the country.
Once again last Tuesday, Mayorkas was asked if the U.S. southern border is secure, and he once again answered, “Yes”.
Last week, Texas Governor Greg Abbott called for Mayorkas to be impeached.
