Kari Lake’s lawsuit against Maricopa county, seeking access to the 2022 mail-in ballot signatures is scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM PT/12:00 PM ET.
This lawsuit has been filed in response to Maricopa County’s refusal to comply with a legitimate public records request pertaining to the mail-in ballot affidavit envelopes that were validated and counted in Maricopa County’s elections.
