On Thursday, President Trump appeared at the Elijah Barrett Prettyman Federal Courthouse in DC, on the latest set of bogus charges against him.
Trump was charged with four counts in Jack Smith’s January 6 investigation: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.
Jack Smith’s latest indictment is a regurgitation of the J6 committee’s claims and a blatant violation of the 1st amendment of the Constitution.
President Trump was taken into federal custody, processed and, according to ABC News, fingerprinted.
Trump came face to face with Jack Smith and stared him down.
“Former President Donald Trump knocked his clasped hands on the table and, for a few seconds, stared toward special counsel Jack Smith as he waited for U.S. Magistrate Judge Moxila Upadhyaya to enter the courtroom,” ABC News reported.
Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges.
President Trump spoke to the press afterward, declaring it a very sad day for America and pointing out that it was also sad driving through Washington DC and witnessing the filth, graffiti and vacant buildings. “This is not the place that I left,” Trump said.
Watch:
This is a very sad day for America, indeed.
