In an exclusive interview with NBC News correspondent Dasha Burns, Governor Ron DeSantis openly declared that Joe Biden legitimately received “81 million votes” in the 2020 election and that, “of course, Trump lost.”
In the interview, Burns pressed DeSantis to provide a straightforward “yes or no” response to the question of whether Trump had lost the 2020 Presidential election.
Initially, DeSantis answered, “Whoever puts their hand on the Bible on January 20 every four years is the winner.”
However, Burns pressed him later for a more decisive answer, saying “respectively you did not clearly answer that question and if you cannot give a yes or no whether Trump lost then how can you-” and, at that point, DeSantis hastily interjected, saying, “Of course, he [Trump] lost… Joe Biden is the President.”
Yikes.
History will not be kind to Mr. DeSantis.
