On Thursday night, President Trump revealed on Truth Social that his attorneys had been informed by the corrupt Biden administration that he has been indicted over the Mar-a-Lago “boxes hoax,” and that he will be arraigned on Tuesday.
Trump asserts that the documents in question were declassified prior to his departure from office.
“The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax,” Trump wrote in his first post. “Joe Biden has 1850 boxes at the University of Delaware, additional boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn all over his garage floor.”
In a subsequent post, Trump verified his upcoming court appearance and expressed his disbelief of a former President being subjected to such circumstances. He also emphasized his strong polling numbers, which places him far ahead of all other candidates for the 2024 Presidential election, despite his legal challenges.
“I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting President in the History of our Country, and is currently leading, by far, all Candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in Polls of the 2024 Presidential Election,” he declared.
In his third post, Trump said that “This is indeed a DARK DAY for the United States of America. We are a Country in serious and rapid Decline, but together we will Make America Great Again!”
The legal counsel representing the 2024 presidential hopeful is prepared to present the argument that, as the president, Trump possessed Constitutional authority to declassify documents and retain them even after his term ended.
