A scooter-riding lunatic went on a violent shooting spree in the Brooklyn and Queens boroughs of lawless New York City on Saturday morning, as disclosed by the New York Police Department (NYPD).
During the rampage, the disturbed individual targeted four innocent victims, one of whom tragically passed away at Jamaica Hospital. The incident began in Cypress Hills around 11:10 a.m. when the suspect, a 25-year-old, shot a 21-year-old man in the shoulder. Approximately 20 minutes later, the suspect fatally shot an 87-year-old man in the back near Jamaica Avenue and 108th Street.
Another victim, a 44-year-old man, was shot in the cheek while walking near 126th Street. He was promptly taken to a local hospital and is currently in critical condition, according to the police.
A 63-year-old man was also shot in the shoulder on 134th Street. Although his injuries were serious, they were not considered life-threatening. The victim was taken to the hospital for medical treatment.

According to a report by Fox News, the shooter was apprehended near 94th Avenue at approximately 1:10 p.m. The suspect was identified by officers who received an image of the individual on their cellphones, which was described as a “critical message” by WABC-TV.
During a press conference, NYPD Commissioner Edward Caban announced that law enforcement had recovered a 9 mm pistol and a 31 round magazine from the scooter. It is worth noting that possession of such high-capacity magazines is illegal in New York City, demonstrating yet again that criminals disregard gun laws.
A firearm was recovered in the scooter — a 9 mm pistol and extended magazine. Given the violence this person was going to carry out I want to extend my deepest thanks to all the men and women in the NYPD.
Assistant Chief Joseph Kenny disclosed that the suspect appeared to be targeting individuals randomly, and as of now, the motive remains unknown.
We don’t know the motive. If you look at the demographics and pedigree of the victims, they’re all different. At this time, video shows that he’s not targeting anybody.
He’s not following anybody as he’s driving on his scooter, he’s randomly shooting people.
For some strange reason, the identity of the suspect has not been revealed by the NYPD. However, they have revealed that the individual had one previous arrest for a traffic violation.
