According to a recent tax lien docket from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, it appears that Ashley Biden, Joe Biden’s daughter, owes $5,000 in unpaid taxes, spanning from 2015 during Biden’s tenure as vice president to 2021, shortly after he usurped the White House.
The notice specifies that the unpaid taxes, along with interest, additional charges, or penalties, constitute a lien in favor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on the taxpayer’s real or personal property, or both.
While Biden emphasizes the importance of paying taxes, his family appears to get a pass.
Some argue that if the “President’s” own family isn’t expected to pay their taxes, then it’s only fair that the rest of us shouldn’t be expected to either.

President Biden’s daughter Ashley owed $5,000 in income taxes from 2015 to 2021, according to a new report from Fox News on the first family’s finances.
The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue in Philadelphia County informed Ashley Biden, 42, that a tax lien had been imposed on her property, a Dec. 1 notice obtained by the outlet shows.
Liens are used by the government to recoup money from unpaid taxes. In this case, the first daughter’s lien has a start date of Jan. 1, 2015, and end date of Jan. 1, 2021, when her father was preparing to be sworn in as president.
The Post has reached out to Ashley Biden’s attorney and the White House for comment.
Ashley Biden is the president’s youngest child and has made news before for reports of her hard-partying past and more recently for the theft of one of her diaries, which became fodder for several stories about her father in the final days of the 2020 election.
Last August, two Florida residents pleaded guilty in Manhattan court to stealing the diary and other possessions from Ashley’s Florida home.
It may be recalled that Ashley’s diary was leaked back in 2020, revealing some disturbing facts about her relationship with her father.

Garrett Ziegler, founder of the nonprofit Marco Polo and a former aide to President Trump, expressed to Fox News that Ashley Biden’s issues represent another instance of the Biden family operating above the law.
Ziegler, known for establishing a platform dedicated to releasing scandalous documents and images discovered on Hunter Biden’s laptop, mentioned that his team came across Ashley Biden’s tax bills during a routine review of family records. He clarified that he doesn’t identify as a Republican activist seeking a role in any potential future administration.

“The scale is not anything like Hunter, but… Joe is constantly talking about how wealthy and connected people do not pay their fair share and can afford to pay more, and it just so happens that both of his living children did not pay their taxes,” Garrett Ziegler, the founder of nonprofit Marco Polo and former President Trump aide, told Fox News Digital in an interview Friday.
“This is just another example of the Bidens being careless,” he said. “Like, you’d think that they would show a little bit more prudence when you’re the American first family to make sure you don’t have any tax liens on you, especially going into an election year.”
Ziegler founded the website BidenLaptopMedia.com, which contains nearly 10,000 photos from Hunter’s infamous laptop between 2008 and 2019. Ziegler said his team found Ashley’s lien while conducting a routine search in the Philadelphia County courthouse system.
