On Wednesday, Breaking Digest reported that Craig Robertson, a 75-year-old man from Utah, was shot and killed by FBI agents during a raid. The FBI in Salt Lake City confirmed the incident.
Reports indicate that Robertson had been charged with three counts related to his threats against Joe Biden, including making interstate threats, threats against the president, and influencing, impeding and retaliating against federal law enforcement officers by threat.
Allegedly, Robertson had posted a series of threatening social media messages targeting Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and individuals involved in prosecuting Trump.
New details, including video evidence captured during the incident, have surfaced, raising questions about the extent of the threat he actually posed.
In this 23-second clip recorded by a watchful neighbor, the moments leading up to Robertson’s death are captured. The video shows agents dressed in protective gear approaching his doorway and yelling at him.
Following an exchange of words, an agent proceeds to hurl a smoke bomb, which detonates in close proximity to the elderly man’s front door.
At no time did Robertson fire at FBI agents throughout the incident.
Although the video does not show the actual shooting, The Daily Mail points out that images from the scene show Robertson’s lying lifeless on his back on the sidewalk, right in front of his house.
Breaking Digest pointed out the FBI’s reputation for lying and bias in our initial report on this story.
According to Attorney Marina Medvin, it’s highly likely that the FBI is withholding crucial details. She brings attention to the fact that Robertson was morbidly obese and would have had a very hard time executing an assassination attempt.
Something is off about this Utah man story.
“Despite his detailed and gruesome posts, neighbors said Robertson was a frail, elderly man who used a cane and not someone they considered dangerous.” the New York Post reported.
Neighbor Andrew Maunder asserted, “There’s no way that he was driving from here to Salt Lake City, setting up a rifle and taking a shot at the president — 100% no way,” as reported by The Post.
Since this tragic incident, numerous conservatives have pointed out the fact that the FBI completely disregarded thousands of death threats against President Trump.
It is highly implausible that an elderly, disabled and morbidly obese man could have posed any “credible” threat to anyone let alone the President –or resident, in this case – of the United States.
Biden’s FBI has some explaining to do.
