More Trouble for Fani Willis – Caught Committing Another Crime

Fani Willis can’t seem to stay out of the headlines.

It’s widely known by now that Willis committed perjury by lying in court about when her improper romantic relationship with prosecutor Nathan Wade began. Both Willis and Wade misrepresented the start of their affair to conceal that she hired him not for his legal expertise but to collaborate on the Trump RICO case, paying him through his work as a traffic attorney.

Wade was forced to resign from the case for committing the very same crime as Willis, though Willis was allowed to continue to oversee the case against President Trump. Despite this, mainstream media has largely ignored Willis’s misconduct.

In addition to her ongoing legal and career challenges, Willis now faces a new lawsuit that could result in her removal from the case or further damage to her reputation.

Harrison Floyd, a co-defendant in the Fulton County RICO case and former leader of “Black Voices for Trump,” has announced his intention to file a civil rights lawsuit against Willis.

Floyd claims that Willis illegally recorded a phone call with his attorney in a separate criminal case in Maryland. Maryland follows a two-party consent rule, requiring permission from all parties involved in electronic communications in order to record the conversation.

Harrison wrote: “I don’t want to put a black woman in Jail. But if @FaniforDA (Fani Willis) does not recuse herself from this case by noon on Monday, I may have no other choice than to pursue all lawful remedies.”

“Make Fulton Great Again.”

Floyd provided a copy of the state wiretap law, demonstrating that Maryland adheres to a two-party consent policy. Violating this law is a felony that carries penalties of up to 5 years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both.

The lawsuit accuses Willis of engaging in discriminatory and racist prosecution against white individuals and their supporters, including Floyd.

Floyd released a statement on Monday afternoon. He has not made a decision yet on whether to file suit against the crooked DA.

While my skin is also black, DA Willis identifies me as white and views me as a defender of white supremacists due to my political beliefs. Deep down, she wants to make me pay for what she feels is a betrayal to black culture.
