It seems like Joe Biden falls or nearly falls at least once a month.

On Friday, Joe Biden made a visit to Philadelphia to participate in a tour of the Tioga Marine Terminal.

During his visit, Biden aimed to promote his economic agenda, known as “Bidenomics,” and highlight his role in generating “good-paying union jobs.”

Upon his arrival for the tour, Biden appeared confused, briefly spinning in a circle.

Biden then stumbled and nearly lost his balance as he stepped onto the stage in Philadelphia. The audience erupted in applause as Biden managed to regain his footing.

Watch:

Last month, Joe Biden tripped and nearly fell as he disembarked from Air Force One upon his arrival in Wayne County, Michigan.

This incident occurred shortly after a report surfaced, revealing there is a covert mission aimed at preventing accident-prone Joe Biden from experiencing such falls.

It’s worth noting that Old Joe doesn’t use the traditional long staircase to board and disembark Air Force One anymore, but instead uses a much shorter staircase. And he still almost fell.

Watch:

According to the plan, Old Joe must remain committed to maintaining a physical exercise regimen aimed at enhancing his posture and balance. He works with Drew Contreras, a medical expert with ties to the Obama administration, to implement “proprioceptive maintenance maneuvers,” although the specifics of this workout remain unclear.

Additionally, he has been provided with tennis shoes featuring sturdier tread, and in recent months, he uses the smaller staircase for boarding and disembarking Air Force One instead of the traditional long staircase, which he has tripped on at least twice in recent years.

From Axios:

Biden’s balance difficulties are likely the result of what his physician has diagnosed as “a combination of significant spinal arthritis” and “mild post-fracture foot arthritis.”

  • Biden works out many mornings with physical therapist Drew Contreras, who also worked with former President Obama.
  • Biden’s doctor has recommended exercises for balance, which he called “proprioceptive maintenance maneuvers.”
  • What the maneuvers entail is unclear.
  • “I have never heard the term ‘proprioceptive maintenance maneuvers.’ It is not a clinical term in standard use,” said Professor James Gordon, associate dean and chair of the Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California.
