Jordan’s third attempt to become the Speaker of the House ended in defeat.
Following Jordan’s latest unsuccessful bid, the House GOP held a secret ballot at 1 PM to determine whether Jordan should remain their nominee for Speaker.

Jim Jordan lost in the secret ballot and is no longer the GOP’s nominee for Speaker, according to Jake Sherman.

And it was by a large margin, according to Jake Sherman. The final margin was 122-86, and because they voted in secret the American people do not know who betrayed us.

A candidate forum will be held on Monday, and an internal party election will be held Tuesday.
A floor vote will likely be held later that day.

Since we don’t know which representatives chose to ignore the will of the people and vote Jim Jordan out (other than the 25 RINOs we already knew of), the entire GOP needs to be overhauled and all but the 20 or so that have demonstrated a willingness to honor the will of the people should be replaced.
