Former Biden family business associate-turned-whistleblower, Tony Bobulinski, has filed a defamation lawsuit against Fox News host Jessica Tarlov.
The lawsuit stems from statements made by Tarlov, which Bobulinski alleges have significantly harmed his personal and professional reputation.
During a broadcast last Wednesday, Tarlov, the far-left host of “The Five,” falsely claimed that Bobulinski’s legal fees were funded by a pro-Trump Super PAC.

STATEMENT: Today I filed a lawsuit against Ms. Jessica Tarlov of Fox News for defamation. Although I am seeking compensatory, special, and punitive damages from her for the damage her… pic.twitter.com/K0rGdWgvqZ
Despite requests from Tony Bobulinski’s legal team for an apology and a complete retraction of the statement from Tarlov and Fox News, both parties declined to comply.
“Tony Bobulinski’s lawyers fees have been paid by a Trump super PAC,” Tarlov said last week. “That’s as recent as January. Do you think that a guy who’s invested in how much better off he wants the United States to be and really getting to the bottom of this would be taking money from the guy who extorted the Ukrainians to get dirt on the Bidens?”
Bobulinski, who testified before Congress last Wednesday against Joe Biden, strongly refuted Tarlov’s claims. He asserted that he has personally financed his legal battles since 2020, amounting to over $500,000.

👍👍👍 Tony Bobulinski's attorney, Jesse R. Binnall, is demanding Fox News and Jessica Tarlov issue an on-air retraction today for Tarlov's defamatory lie of Bobulinski on yesterday's "The Five," where Tarlov claimed Trump's Super PAC is paying Bobulinski's legal fees. pic.twitter.com/teDtts2Q7v

The next day, Tarlov issued a statement, saying, “I would like to clarify a comment I made yesterday during our discussion of Tony Bobulinski’s appearance at the congressional hearing. During an exchange with my colleagues about the hearing, I said that Mr. Bobulinski’s lawyer’s fees have been paid for by a Trump Super PAC as recently as January.”
She continued, “What was actually said at the hearing was that the law firm representing Mr. Bobulinski was paid by a Trump PAC. I have seen no indication that those payments were made in connection to Mr. Bobulinski’s legal fees, and he denies that they were.”
Watch:
Jessica Tarlov looks like she's seen a ghost after being forced to read a retraction of her fraudulent comments about Tony Bobulinski yesterday.
