An eyewitness informed the BBC that several people saw the shooter crawling on the roof of a nearby building before Trump was shot. The individual was reportedly armed with a rifle.
Witnesses alerted the Secret Service, but no action was taken until after the shooting started.
When the shooting began, witnesses reported that the Secret Service “blew his head off.”
If the eyewitness reports are true, this is completely inexcusable.
