Fani Willis’ case against President Trump is falling apart and now it looks like it will not happen before the 2024 election.
On Wednesday, the Georgia Court of Appeals postponed all proceedings in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ RICO case against Trump until it decides whether to disqualify Willis from the case.
“The proceedings below in the Superior Court of Fulton County are hereby stayed pending the outcome of these appeals,” the order read.

President Trump’s appeal hearing to disqualify Fani Willis is tentatively scheduled for October 4th.

Jack Smith’s January 6 case in DC is currently on hold pending a decision from the US Supreme Court regarding Trump’s presidential immunity claims.
