As Breaking Digest reported, corrupt Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg filed a lawsuit against House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan in an effort to block Congress from enforcing the subpoena issued to Hillary Clinton’s lawyer Mark Pomerantz.

Within Bragg’s lawsuit, there was a request for a restraining order against Rep. Jordan.

The Washington Examiner reported:

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s request for a restraining order in his lawsuit against Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) was declined by a judge on Tuesday. The judge ordered Bragg to send material to Jordan by 9 p.m. Tuesday so the court could have a hearing on the situation on April 19.

Bragg requested the order in an attempt to block The House Judiciary Committee from interfering in the Stormy Daniels hush money case that former President Donald Trump was charged in last week. Jordan has subpoenaed an investigator previously involved in the case.

The lawsuit was filed with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday. The hearing to determine whether the restraining order against Jordan takes effect is scheduled for April 19 at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 18C of the Daniel Patrick Moynihan Courthouse.

Bragg filed for a restraining order to stop the enforcement of a subpoena from the House Judiciary Committee, which would compel a previous prosecutor in the Trump hush money case, Mark Pomerantz, to testify.

Attorney Mike Davis joined Steve Bannon on Bannon’s War Room where they discussed the various legal cases and attempts to “get Trump”.

Bannon and Davis also discussed Bragg’s “frivolous” lawsuit against Rep. Jim Jordan, saying, “There’s no chance that Alvin Bragg is gonna win this case.”

According to Davis, Jordan is clearly within his Constitutional power and duty to request information from Bragg, who admitted to using federal money to attack President Trump in his bogus Stormy Daniels “hush money” case.
